ALIF is a specialist consultancy having group of Green Building Professionals and engineers who support Architect and MEP designers, Builders & Developers, Contractors and Subcontractors to design, construction and verify performance of buildings and interior spaces using our expertise in Sustainability. We are located in Dubai. After having experience and working tirelessly on sustainability over a decade, we have taken the understanding to do something completely exceptional. We provide facilitation service for Third Party Green Building Certification (LEED, Estidama, Trakhees, DMGB, DOSA & TECOM etc.), Building Commissioning, Envelope Commissioning, Construction Supervision, Thermal Imaging Test and Blower Door Air Tightness Test and Indoor Air Quality tests. Our unbridled outstanding record and experience in sustainability and ecologically friendly constructions reflects our passion for creating an executable system used in developing projects, sustainable research and promoting innovations. Who we are
We are a team of Sustainability and MEP Engineers pursuing a clear vision of delivering projects that meet both the needs of clients and fulfill the very essence of design sustainability. Having completed various projects across all industries and across all emirates of UAE, we are one of the few design offices who understand dynamics of project development in the region. Our team has handled projects such as high-rise buildings, villas, mixed used facilities, Industrial logistics, luxury homes, retails, arena and mosques etc.

About Our CEO
Doing Site audits/Meetings and providing sustainability recommendation to mitigate sustainability execution issues. Perform in-depth technical review and analysis of sustainability project applications for compliance with sustainability rating systems requirements including energy modeling inputs and outputs, LEED templates and forms, calculations, specifications and architectural, mechanical. Electrical and plumbing drawings and provide written feedbacks and reports. Preparing detailed energy model for large, complex, office, warehouses, villas, educational building, multi – family, high-rise commercial & residential buildings and sports related facilities. Performing building energy simulation to develop energy cooling and heating load models using IES-VE software. Supporting in-house team for energy modeling and energy bench marking standards.
Communicating sustainability technical requirements through written, verbal and in-person meetings with project stakeholders. Able to collaborate with internal and external partners to overcome challenges and provide effective energy efficiency solutions, recommendations and strategies to meet the owner’s project goals. Providing recommendation on building sustainable design and to improve building performance and healthy environments. Strong time and project management skills with the ability to manage priorities and deadline independently and as a team manager.
