About Our CEO
Faiz Mohammad holds a First-Class degree with honours in Mechanical Engineering from India and is a LEED Accredited Professional as well as an Estidama Pearl Qualified Professional (PQP) and he is accredited as a Certified Energy Manager by the Association of Energy Engineers. Faiz has over 18 years of experience in the field of Sustainability Carbon/GHG accounting based on GHG & SBTi for Scope-1, Scope-2 & Scope-3 inventorization & emissions.
Having a extensive experience of modeling of carbon/GHG and whole life carbon assessment, analytical tools for embodied and operational carbon, climate risk management, Net Zero Carbon roadmap for facilities. Faiz has a knowledge of sustainability project certification management (including preparation and compilation) with LEEDv3 &4.1, Estidama, Al Sa ’fat, Dubai Building Code, Dubai Silico Oasis Authority (DSO), WELL, EDGE, ASHRAE 90.1, 62.1 & 55 and ASHRAE Level-1 &2 energy audit. Conducting Design & Construction meeting with Developers, building owners, design & construction team, architect, MEP engineers and other associated project team members and educating them on green building requirements as project specific.
